The Archway is a collective gallery space showcasing works by contemporary artists. All artworks available for purchase through our website are produced on a cast-on-demand basis unless otherwise stated.

2. Orders & Production

• All items are made to order and cast specifically upon purchase.

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

• Production times may vary and any estimated timelines provided are indicative only.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

• Payment must be received in full before production commences.

• Prices may change at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our artworks:

• All sales are final.

• Returns and refunds are not available.

• Change of mind refunds are not accepted.

This policy applies to all works, including limited editions and custom casts.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the matter and respond accordingly.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.

• Risk passes to the purchaser once the artwork has been delivered.

• The Archway is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or events outside our control.
